I am trying to do an erosion study in a pipe case in fluent with different concentrations like 1000 ppm and 2000 ppm, but in DPM injection, I saw the option of flow rate, velocity, and diameter of the particle. But How to set concentration in PPM?Â

You don't. You need to convert your PPM data into mass for the injection.Â

Can you Please guide me on how to convert it into mass for injection and where to enter that converted mass? As in the Injection option in fluent, I can see the option to enter the flow rate (in kg/s). Is this the input that you mean?

Yes, injections work on kg/s. Velocity then governs how quickly that mass enters the domain. Â
