I have a linear elastic metal which has different values for elastic modulus in compression and tension. How can I set up a material model to cover this material?

I dont think there is a saperate model for this.
You need to use hyperelastic models that can use different stress and strain curve in both tension and compression.
However, if the material is not incompressible, you can use compressible hyperelastic model like ogden foam material model.
