SubscriberI am solving a transient analysis of an impact that involves multiple materials including concrete and stainless-steel. After defining the material damping ratio in the engineering data for stainless-steel, ANSYS gives me the following info:
"Material constant damping ratio defined in Engineering Data is not contributing to modal damping calculation."
Â
What should I do to include material damping ratio in the solution?
