How to improve the defeaturing tolerance in meshing?

      I am working on a "wind turbine blade" project, where the blade length is 0.9622 m. There are warning messages when I generate mesh, and I can't solve these problems.

      I used an outer domain as an arc (120 degree) extruded, and the inner domain is a sphere around the blade. the mesh is as in the attached figures...

      You can change it in global mesh controls as follows. Or you can just turn in it OFF>
