  Hi teacher, how to get the reflectance of different levels of super surface diffraction grating? I am using a plane wave light source, periodic boundary conditions, and set the monitor above the light source. The reflectance I get is summarized for all levels, which is not what I want, how can I do it please.

  1.       If you use FDTD, please refer to the following examples: Diffraction grating – Ansys Optics and Blazed grating – Ansys Optics.
  2.       You may also want to consider using the RCWA solver. For more details, see the RCWA Product Reference Manual – Ansys Optics.
