    What are your boundary conditions? I assume you have a heat source term in the body (battery) that is causing the middle to be warmer.

      You are using the Battery Pack module in Fluent. I do not have much experience with it, so maybe someone else on here can help you more. But I do have a couple debugging tips I can give.
      1) Double check your dimensions. It would not be the first time where the dimensions caused stange results (I speak from experience).
      2) What do your back of the envelope calculations say the temperature should be for the given conditions.
      3) Double check the units on everything.
      4) Is radiation really necessary? Here you have 400°C, but we expect that the temperature should not be so warm. Therefore it may be unnecessary to consider this term.
