Hi, currently we cannot do that in the Aqwa Workbench. However, you can use AqwaGS to show out the element numbers on the model and the AqwaGS command to help you find a certain element. To show element numbers in AqwaGS, select Plots, in the Plots window, select File to load your model first and then click on Select > Options, and then in the Select Plot Options window, go to the Numbering section, click On/Off to turn on Element Numbers. Regarding the command that can be used at the bottom of the Plot window, see the online Aqwa Graphical Supervisor User’s Guide section 11.1 (https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v222/en/aqwa_ags/aqwa_ags_selecting_elements.html?q=OMIT).Â
Please mind the element number shown in the AqwaGS is the number used in the Aqwa solver. This element number is the one shown in the outputted message, not the one shown in the input *.DAT file created by the AqwaWB.Â
Hope this helps.
