SubscriberHello,
I'm performing random vibration analysis on a simple structure, my base excitation is G acceleration, for the output result, I request acceleration. The unit is (mm/s^2)^2/Hz, do I need to divide it by 9.81 to get (G^2/Hz)?
Also, how can I extract Grms for both output and input excitation?

Do you have matlab? If so, download vibrationdata.
There is also a version for Python, which is free.

SubscriberThank you very much Peter. One more question, I divide acceleration PSD output by g^2 to get G acceleration PSD. Is that correct?
