How can I define a material with mass density that vary with position in ls-dyna? Thank you.

Thanks, but the keyword *LOAD_DENSITY_DEPTH can only define the density vary with depth. can i define the density vary with the position more complex. For example, density varies with both the coordinates x, y, and z.

That would include stresses and optionally material history variables and/or initial volume (IVEFLG=1). I haven't tested this approach but perhaps the initial density can be manipulated via the initial volume.
