Have a look for "polyline" in here https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/Secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v242/en/spaceclaim/Discovery/user_manual/file/r_file-operation_import-export_import-file-formats.html You may then need to connect the edges to form a surface.
I've only seen this done reliably (ie with any set of data) with tools designed for dealing with medical models: tools by Materialise and Simpleware (Synopsys) which aren't Ansys products. It's a very specialist function, and historically resulted in stl format after a significant amount of data processing.
