      Hello,


              How to calculate Wall Temperature when you have more than one wall surface, 


                                       Fin area/Total area


                                      and Total heat Transfer area/volume between plate  using AnsysFluent?

      Depends which wall you want to the data for. You need to work out what you want data for.

      So you need averaged values along the wall (say like area-weighted) and the whole area of the wall. Stanton is: St = Nu / (Re * Pr) so you need to use some "global" charateristics for your flow. Fluent provides Surface Stanton Number as post-processing variable based on the reference values.
