How to calculate Foundation Stiffness of a spring?

I am currently simulating a piezoelectric speed bump that generates electricity when a car drives over it.

The surface is supported by springs. I defined these springs as Elastic support and i know their Stiffness in N/mm. However, the foundation stiffness is in N/mm^3. How can to convert the stiffness to foundation stiffness and is my method of support is correct?
