I am using Ansys R1 2021 student version, Can you please tell me how to calculate cutting forces and cutting temperature while turning operation. I searched for Worksheet but it isn't activate for me

For using the worksheet to add user defined results, go to solution in tree and then click on worksheet. You will be able to see the user defined results which you can use for post processing.

adding to my colleague answer, for finding the cutting forces, you can use the contact forces trackers as shown in following images and use the custom expression TEMPERATUREALL for temperature.
