How to calculate capacitance using Fields Calculator in HFSS?

I have an Interdigital capacitor in my model. There are other components in the geometry but I am only interested in the capacitance region. How can I use the solved Electric Fields and the Fields calculator to solve for capacitance in this region?

I found some Capacitance values for this structure using Q3D but HFSS is giving completely different results, so I want to find the capacitance from the HFSS fields. I can do C = Q/V with V= Line integral of the Electric field and Q as the Abs_Q value in the fields calculator. But I am unsure if this is the correct approach.

Q3D is the tool to use for this case
