SubscriberI found some Capacitance values for this structure using Q3D but HFSS is giving completely different results, so I want to find the capacitance from the HFSS fields. I can do C = Q/V with V= Line integral of the Electric field and Q as the Abs_Q value in the fields calculator. But I am unsure if this is the correct approach.
