Tolerance in Share Topology defines how close faces or bodies must be to be treated as connected.
- Low tolerance → only perfectly touching or very close bodies are shared
- High tolerance → even bodies with small gaps are forced to share
- If the gap is larger than tolerance, they won’t share
So, increasing tolerance helps close small gaps, but too high can create unwanted connections.
