How do I format the velocity vectors to not be sized by magnitude?

  I want all vectors to be the same size, just coloured by magnitude, as they currently are. See picture.

  please use vector options -- fixed length.

  Thank you, but that makes all the vectors the same size as the largest one (see picture). Is there a way to set the sizing, and if so what is the scale for this measurement?
