I remember there was an easy way to have classic Icepak spit out the inplane, normal, and equivalent thermal conductivity of a PCB board.
I haven't been able to figure this out in AEDT Icepak. I have a PCB and its associated geometry imported into my Icepak model and a PCB component is created.Â
What is the next step? -

As for now, please use the Macro in Classic Icepak (Macros menu -> Post processing -> Write Average Metal Fractions) to get the equivalent thermal conductivity. Thanks.
