How can i setting the arm rotate about the pivot 360 degree

  Hello everyone
  
  I am very new in Discovery AIM , i am using Static Analysis, and i want to ask you guys about the basic boundary condition setting.
  
  When i put F force like the image below, the blue arm will be rotated about the red pivot 360 degree.
  
  Now, i just put two parts in "frictionless contact". How can i make the blue arm rotate about the red pivot.
  
  Does the "Joints-Hinge" option on "Physic" make it happen?
