      To answer your question 2 regarding the difference, what connection are you using when using line to shell body? it seems only the ends of the line body is connected to the surface body, it may help to use more elements in the line body along with MPC formulation for the contact between the line and shell body.nn-AniketnHow to access Ansys help linksnGuidelines for Posting on Ansys Learning Forumn
