Hi
I have done a simulation about bi-directional TVS with a transmission line.
The TVS equaled RC to GND simulation is like the s-parameter which is exactly measured.
But when I put the s2p file on the TL and the terminal lump port on the TVS side. The result is almost the same as the measured TL.
Q: Is the simulation method correct? Can the diode can be simulated like this?
If the TVS simulation can not be simulated, what method I can do?

Yes that method should work
