I designed a truss structure when I put the fixed support on the line and displacement on the other side it did not solve and it gave me an error pivot so what should I do? n

The first two images are main and the third image is an image (A) for my professor. see he put the fixed support on the line and it was solved but in my case, it did not happen. I tried to put the fixed support in the vertexes and it was solved! but I think this is not okay n
