Heat release rate for laminar premixed flame

  Hi everyone,
  I simulated a steady laminar premixed flame, to be used as an initial guess for my transient equivalence ratio and velocity fluctuations.
  I need help to know and plot the heat release rate, as I only find the heat of reaction in the contours
  I attached the steady state heat of reaction and sample of the oscillations
