老师你好，在设置charge求解器中的MQW时，无法自动识别MQW domains，而且点了partition volume后就自动闪退了，报错：the program terminated due to :Array must be allocated before re-sizing.Please contact Lumerical technical support for assistance

你是不是用了很细的edge length? 看看计算机内存有多少。请给出更多的设置信息，否则无法提供建议。另外，请参考网上例子，看看能否工作，能工作就说明你器件或者仿真设置有问题。

我使用的是官网上Micro-LED的案例，但运行时闪退，之后发现问题在charge solver中的MQW，但不知道应该如何解决。计算机内存32G，edge length最小是0.01um，最大是0.1um。

我这边测试一点问题都没有。你有 MQWlicense吗？ 没有的话出问题不奇怪。如果有，建议用网上例子在其它计算机上测试看看。
