光子晶体微腔Q值仿真

      老师您好,我在做高Q值光子晶体微腔的仿真,我使用的方法不是FDTD软件的Q分析组,而是利用微腔透射谱数据做洛伦兹拟合,

       

      通过计算谐振波长于谐振峰半高全宽的比值计算Q值。根据Quality factor calculations for a resonant cavity – Ansys Optics中的描述,高Q值的光子晶体微腔腔内的电磁场无法再合理的仿真时间内完全衰减,因此透射谱的半高全宽与仿真时间有关,因此这种做法是错误的。我在论文中看到“FDTD 主要基于时域差分近似首先计算得到整个时间域的光
      谱信息,再结合傅里叶变换,就能够得到整个时间域几乎所有频率的光谱信息。因此 FDTD
      特别适合用来处理大带宽问题,比如腔在一个大范围内的传输谱线问题。但是 FDTD 不
      适合用来仿真超高品质因子的光子晶体纳米梁腔,这是由于超高品质因子意味着腔内能
      量衰减到 FDTD 的判别条件以下所需要经历的时间很长,这就需要很高的内存和极长的
      时间才能使仿真程序收敛。一般来说,对于一个几百万甚至几千万 Q 值得器件来说,用
      FDTD 几乎不可能获得准确的光谱信息”,这似乎想要表达的意思是FDTD无法正确仿真高Q值器件的透射谱。
