光栅耦合器仿真不收敛

  您好，最近在做光栅耦合器的仿真，但是一直不收敛请问是什么原因呢？
  单波长1550nm，mesh精度2，3D需要运行接近7h合理吗

  您好，光栅耦合器因为整体器件尺寸很大且光栅结构尺寸很小，需要网格划分很细，可以参考官网的一些设定：Grating coupler
  此外不收敛的原因很多，或许需要更细的网格，或者更长的仿真时间以及更厚的 PML 层数等等。可以参考：
