Grating coupler design

  I am trying to use the grating coupler design (https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042800573-Inverse-Design-of-Grating-Coupler-2D). This example contains 3 steps and I am facing issues in the second step. While running the "pid_grating_coupler_2D_1etch.py" step, the software says that the base simulation file cannot be found or read. All the files are saved in the same folder but I dont understand why do I have this issue.
  
  Has some faced a similar issue or does someone know a solution to this?

  There might be something wrong with the software or simulaiton file. Suggestions:
  1: please close all files, and restart your computer. If it gives the same error, please have a clean installation, eg, delete all related software and reinstall: https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/5613618572947-Fixing-installation-or-licensing-issues
  2: You may also need to redownload the example files since occasionally the files can be corrupted.
  If it gives other error message, please write a new post.
