SubscriberHello,
I was trying to import Cadence layout from Ansys Suite EM 19.2 and got an error message "... Could not find an application extracta.exe" (see attached image).
Please advise.

AdministratorHello,nCould you please embed your screenshot directly into your post (instead of attaching the file)? As Ansys employees, we are unable to download attachments. nThank you.nKarthiknJanuary 26, 2021 at 10:25 amJanuary 26, 2021 at 3:25 pmManny R
Ansys EmployeeHi Varphi42,nYou need to have Cadence SPB 17.2 installed in your machine. Electronics Desktop is looking for the extracta.exe to translate your Allegro file but that is not present in your machine because you likely don't have Cadence installed.nBest,nMannynnJanuary 13, 2023 at 11:34 pmr.downs
SubscriberI have Cadence SPB22.1 installed and I find extracta.exe at C:\Cadence\SPB_22.1\tools\bin
Are we supposed to add this to our path?Â

SubscriberI entered it into my path and the .brd now inports to HFSS!Â
Thanks Ansys, it was unclear what extracta.exe was without this info.
