geometry for shell-conduction may encounter issues such as multiple faces

Hi all,
My simulation domain includes some thin walls, so I am trying to simplify the thins walls to surface and use shell-conduction in Fluent. However, when I was generating mesh in Fluent Meshing, I found that there are free faces, multiple faces and invalid normals. Are these issures unavoidable for surface existing geometry or how can I fix these problems?
