  previously i read the same discussion on my kind of error ,I have done everything suggested in the geometry but still am unable to remove the error , when i am creating a boolean operation for geometry it shows that it results to non-manifold geometry .can you please help me to solve this issue .

  Does the curved shape touch the enclosure at the blunt end? If so let it stick out by a little bit and try again.

  are those solid bodies or surface bodies?
  
  make sure you have solid bodies.
  
  make use of symmetry.
  
  split geometries in half and then try boolean.
