Either the model is too complicated for the amount of RAM on your machine, or the model is has invalid objects (overlapping, extremely small gaps, ...)
1) To check RAM used, go to Analysis > Profile to see how much RAM is being used.
2) To debug, set non-source objects to "non-model" and try to re-mesh and solve If successful, include more objects gradually as "model" objects and repeat.  In this way, you can determine the problematic objects. Once identified, either redraw or simplify these objects.
