SubscriberHi all,
So my question is, if I am designing an airfoil, or a body of an airplane and want to run some CFD's on it , how do I figure out the fluid volume ? I am not sure how far the Fairfield must be ? any idea on how I can determine that or guide me to look somewhere?

Ansys EmployeeIt depends on the study you are carrying out. There are many papers available. Also many posts on forum as well. Please check.
It also depends on the limitations of cell count, hardware etc. If you are using student version, you can have only 512K cells.
Regards Keyur
