Fluent System Results/Post Error

Hi, I started receiving this error when I'm trying to open the "Results" part of the Fluent system. If anyone could help me figure out how to fix it, that would be great! I searched around online, but couldn't find any fixes. I already tried uninstalling, removing ANSYS files from my C drive, then restarting my PC and reinstalling ANSYS but the problem persists.

      Thank you!

Make sure you close out all ANSYS applications, then try renaming this folder to anything else
