Fluent Shuts Down Without Error Message When Using UDF During Initialization

  I am using a Cross-WLF viscosity UDF in ANSYS Fluent. The UDF compiles and loads successfully without any errors. However, when I apply the UDF to the material viscosity and then perform Initialization or start the Calculation, Fluent suddenly shuts down without displaying any error message or warning code.
  There is no crash report or explicit error log shown in the Fluent console. The application simply closes during initialization or while starting the solver.
  I would like to know the possible causes of this issue and how to troubleshoot it.
  The version is Ansys 2021 R1.

  I don't remember anything problematic in 21R1 for UDF viscosity models, what does the transcript report?
