fluent grid problem

Is there any recommended method for complex model meshes? Because the maximum size of my mesh is 500mm and the minimum size is 0.04mm, the number will be too many to exceed the load in mesh analysis.

The analysis I am doing is the analysis of water flow between planes. I need to observe the flow of water between gaps.

The gap between wafer surface and pad surface is about 0.04mm

I divided the model into two parts and meshed it. In the fluent analysis, my liquid could not flow to the lower area. I shared the two models and checked the continuity of the mesh.

      Hello,

you should apply local sizing to not over-refine your mesh. This way, you can have a local minimum size of 0.04mm near the wafer/pad surface, while having a larger global minimum for the rest of your domain.

Do I not need to cut the model part?
