SubscriberWe have a Fluent DDPM Eulerian model simulation. The image below shows a cylinder and a cylinder with a tip. For both simulations the parameters were the same including the mesh, physics,... But for the results, we would get a message that 100% of the particles are not tracking for the cylinder with a tip. Why would the addition of a tip affect the particle tracking so much?Â

Forum ModeratorShouldn't make a difference. Can you plot the velocity contour up the centre plane on the second model? I wonder if you've got a wall in the domain that shouldn't be there (assuming the particles you drew on are correct).Â

SubscriberI guess you have used the same injection file for both cases and that is causing the problem
