SubscriberHi all, I'm encountering the following issue when trying to run ANSYS Fluent under the free student version. I chose the CFD Premium option in the Fluent Launcher in this case, but this error occurs for all versions. I originally went to the license settings and signed in using my student email, but this has given me the error shown in the 2nd picture. Not too sure how I'm supposed to locate the license when the option to do so is now gone and stuck behind that error. I contacted support and they told me to post the issue here. Any help is appreciated.

SubscriberI also tried reinstalling ANSYS 2025 in the hopes it would reset the Web Licensing/Products error but that error remains.

SubscriberAny solutions to this issue yet? I have met the same problem, and it is for me not about the mesh/nodes. I simply cant open the fluent editor at all, also when cores are set to only 1.Â
Best,
Kewin
