Flow in the rotating tube

Hi I have a rotating tube which has outer diameter of 10mm and inner diameter of 7mm. The tube rotates with 5rpm. I wanna simulate the flow inside this tube. Could you please suggest me any tutorials for this? Since the tube is rotating which bc should I use in walls?

I tried using axissymetric simulation but I didn't see the option for using gravity in y-direction. My tube is horizontal.

If you're interested in steady-state calculation, I would suggest using a Moving Reference Frame: 10.2. Flow in Single Moving Reference Frames (SRF) (ansys.com)

If you want simulate the transient behavior from the rotation, then you can use a Dynamic Mesh: 12.6. Using Dynamic Meshes (ansys.com):
