I am conducting CFD simulations on a plane in Ansys Fluent. For the circular engine face plane I would like to obtain the 60° segment that has the lowest total pressure. Hence, I would need to create a 60° segment, get the mean pressure value and rotate it by 1° in order to get the 60° area with the lowest pressure along the circumference.
Â
How would I do that?

I suspect you'll need to get creative with the surface clip tools. Rather than rotating a surface I think you'll need to create some/many faces of 60 degrees and then return the values on those. There are some angular options in the Mesh post processing field variables.Â
