Flexnet licensing is not running

  Hello to all,
  We have recently received ANSYS products for Formula Bharat 2024. We are facing issue when uploading license file

  Hi Phoenix,
  Goto Start menu --> Task Manager --> Details Tab--> Kill the process manually in ordered list, the ansysli_monitor, ansysli_server and lmgrd processes, and then again start the License Manager.

  I had deleted lmgrd.exe but still it is showing this msg.

  Can you please send a screenshot of the license file first 5-10 lines and from License Manager send Get System HostId Information.
  Mostly servername is not correct.

  Hi Phoenix,
  Can you manually copy your license file in the given location “C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\Shared Files\licensing\license_files”. Name it as ansyslmd.lic if there are any other files with .lic extension move them to the backup folder.
  Then Restart your License Manager.
