December 22, 2024 at 12:40 pmvolkanbozkusSubscriber I want to save all data from every number of point seperatly. What I mean do a transmiison smulation of silver thicknes from 10nm to 100nm smulation give the total or sum of the transmission at the and of the smulation. So is there a way to save data from each sweep step? ÂÂÂ

Dear Subscriber,
I recommend reviewing the Optimizations and Sweeps section in the FDTD product reference manual for detailed guidance.
Please note that during a sweep, each iteration file ─ along with its settings and simulation results ─ is saved separately in a designated subfolder.
Best regards,

Thank you for answering,Â
Actualy I know that each step saved to the subfolder seperatly, I can reach the data of each steps. But generaly it takes too much time to open all the files and save the data. I seach on the manuel for better and easy method but could not find a solution. Also I am new at the scripting I would like more help if possible
All the best

Dear Subscriber,
If set up correctly, the sweep results should be directly accessible from the sweep. Please refer to the Viewing the Results section in the Parameter sweep utility. If you require additional results, ensure they are included in the sweep setup.
If your requirements differ, please provide more specific details, as it’s difficult to determine your exact needs without further context. Feel free to add more explanations or share screenshots or sketches.
Best regards,
KirillÂ
