I try to solve a steady state thermal and in solver output written Failover feature 'ANSYS Mechanical Enterprise' specified in license preferences is not available. Any ideas how this thing happen?? i didnt know how to fix. please anyone n

Array Do you know what licenses are available to you? Can you try deleting the %APPDATA%\Ansys\vXXX\licensing directory, where vXXX is the version you are trying to run, to see if that helps?.Thanks,nMattn
