Failed to obtain exclusive license problem

  Hi. I'm having problem in solution part where my project can't be solved due to the error "Failed to obtain exclusive use of License" and I can't get my results. Can anyone help? I'm using Ansys Student version.

  Check you don't have any other sessions open on your PC and also that the cell count is under 32k nodes (contact nodes are hidden so you may need to be well under 32k nodes).
  
  I'll also move to installation as it's not a problem with the post-processing as such

  Make sure all ANSYS applications are closed, then open up User License Preferences tool and select 'Use a Separate License for Each Application' , then try again
