SubscriberI ran into this error when generating surface mesh for our FSAE car
I've already checked the geometry and do all the repair and prepare steps, share topology for it. For fluent, I already did the sizing and pretty sure that I've applied correct sizing to capture everything. I've also read and do everything that this is recommended in this link https://innovationspace.ansys.com/forum/forums/topic/fluent-meshing-error-3/.Â
Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Ansys EmployeePlease review the sidewing part of your geometry. There might be some hanging nodes or unwanted surfaces that you may need to remove manually. Could you share a screenshot of your geometry?

SubscriberYou can double-check the mesh settings for any inconsistencies, such as element quality or mesh size variations, and consider refining the mesh in critical areas or using a different meshing method to see if that resolves the error. slope
