SubscriberDear sir or madam,
I am currently facing an issue when trying to conduct the parallel simulation using MotorCAD BlackBox License with OptiSLang. The details are as follows. It works ok when conducting the single simulation one by one. The installed SW does have the blackbox license as confirmed by Ansys Account Manager.Â
The optiSLang simulation settings are shown below. I defined 4x in parallel with Single Client ActiveX Options in MotorCAD.
- The run type of MotorCAD is set as 1 as below.Â
- I have disabled the MOP as requested.Â
- The displayed errors are shown below.Â
Best Regards

Ansys EmployeeHi Mingzhe,
From the screenshot you provided, it appears that all the steps you followed are correct. However, the error in the export file suggests that the issue might not be with the black box. You might want to check the Ansys License Manager as well. I recommend trying an already solved tutorial example to see if the issue persists.
