As shown in the image, this geometry has been imported from Solidworks in IGES format. It shows Face-Face inconsistency while I import it in Ansys Academic'19 in Design Modeler. Please tell me possible issues and solution for it?
The figure consists of Sphere with 2 fins around it.

Forum ModeratorYou've got two solid bodies there, and may have lost the fins. The warning means something isn't "correct" but you'll need to look very carefully to see if there's anything missing or mangled by the CAD translators.Â

SubscriberDon't use IGES. Save As Parasolid from SolidWorks and Import that into DM, then there will be no translation issue.
