Face-face inconsistency

      As shown in the image, this geometry has been imported from Creo in IGES format. It shows Face-Face inconsistency while I import it in Ansys Academic'18.2 in Design Modeler. Please tell me possible issues and solution for it?

      Try exporting a STEP file from Creo instead of IGES.


      I don't know if there is a facet quality setting in Creo, but if there is, try turning that up.


      You can try SpaceClaim, which has some very easy to use geometry repair tools.
