external fluid flow and and facet problem

      ( discovery 2024 r1student license) i am not able to simulate my design in external fluid flow simulation and it is showig i have soe facet problems i have tried methods to resolve them but they do not work, also the design was made in autodesk fusion 360 incase it's important, the design is down below
