Hey there,
I want to do a thermal analysis of a PMSM using ANSYS Workbench/Fluent. When I try to import the maxwell file into the Workbench environment I don't have the option to select Maxwell /aedt files.
I'm using a full version of ANSYS Electronics 2021 and also a full version of ANSYS Workbench 2021.
Can anyone help?
Thank you very much
Greetings Lukas

To link an Electromagnetics Suit (Ansys EM) release with Ansys Workbench of same generation, you have 2 possibilities:- Either during the installation of Ansys EM 2XRY (only if Ansys Workbench 2XRY is already installed on your station), you confirmed your wish to integrate Ansys EM in workbench
- Or, once all software of same release are installed: In the START menu of Windows; In the installed file Ansys EM Suite 202XRY > Modify Integration with Ansys 202XRY
Then, you can start coupling simulation: Electromagnetics > Thermal/Mechanical
