I am trying to create a mesh for my model assembly but above error is coming. It's only meshing my ground but not the tyre. I don't know why. Please can anyone help me out. Link is attcahed.

Forum ModeratorAyushNuwal, Ansys staff can not download files on the student portal, so maybe other community members to debug into the model, if they have time.
If you search this error through the search feature on the forum, you will see multiple threads for this error, so please check them and see if any of them help you.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Please see the image of my meshing. It's only meshing ground but not the tyre. Can you please send a relevant tutorial to me?

Forum ModeratorMost probably the reason is mesher is meshing the tire geometry with very large no of elements such that it exceeds the RAM on your machine. Try to simplify the tire model and remove unwanted features and retry with a larger RAM machine. Also, note that the Student version has limits on how big mesh you can solve.
